Daniel is an Associate, Tax Disputes at Tax Solutions Canada (TSC) where he engages his legal and tax knowledge to deliver results for clients. He has a strong background in corporate and individual tax assessment matters and specializes in strategizing on the best approach to resolve a client’s complex tax matters. Daniel is skilled in conducting thorough investigations and effectively researching tax challenges so he can uncover procedural and compliance issues that can be leveraged to the client’s benefit.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, with a strong focus in Taxation Law. In 2016, Daniel completed a Master of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, concentrating in Taxation Law. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Daniel received an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, majoring in Economics and English.
