Nancy is a Client Services Administrator at Tax Solutions Canada (TSC) team. She is thrilled to be supporting the dynamic group of people at TSC and providing excellent service to clients. Through hands on experience, Nancy excels at organizational skills and focuses on building strong working relationships. Her role at TSC involves being the first point of contact for potential clients, scheduling appointments, contract and file management, accounts receivables and correspondence with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

Prior to working with Tax Solutions Canada, Nancy worked in a similar administrative support role as the Office Coordinator and Office Manager for a management consulting firm. She managed and coordinated office services, supporting a team of over 80 employees.

Nancy’s strengths include the integrity and efficiency in which she provides excellent customer service to potential and existing clients and exceptional administrative support to the TSC team. As a dedicated and motivated executive assistant, Nancy brings a diverse and comprehensive range of administration knowledge to Tax Solutions Canada.
